How it works

Every The Snug Spot order is carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Day 1
Order confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your order enters our processing queue.
Days 1–3
Processing & packing
We take 3–4 business days to process, quality-check, and pack your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
Days 4–14
Out for delivery
Delivery typically takes 4–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You can track your parcel at any time using the link in your shipping email.
Arrival
Your order arrives
Enjoy your The Snug Spot pieces. If anything isn't right, our 30-day return policy has you covered.

Shipping options

Standard Delivery

£4.95 — or free on orders over £75. Delivered in 4–14 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery

£9.95. Priority processing and faster courier routing. Estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over £75.

International orders

We currently ship to the UK and select EU countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times for international orders may vary. We'll always provide a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
