Our candles are made from 100% natural beeswax. Beeswax is a clean-burning wax that produces a warm, naturally sweet honey-like aroma. Each candle weighs 220g and features a cotton wick.
We offer three scents: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Cinnamon. Each scent is delicately blended with carefully selected fragrance oils. You can purchase them individually at £20 each, or get all three in our Beeswax Candle Trio bundle for £50.
Each 220g beeswax candle provides approximately 40–45 hours of burn time, depending on conditions. Beeswax naturally burns slower and longer than paraffin or soy candles, making them excellent value.

Candle Care
For the best burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Keep the candle away from draughts and direct sunlight when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place.
Beeswax burns cleaner than paraffin wax, producing minimal soot. As with all scented candles, ensure good ventilation when burning. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials, and always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
This white film is called "bloom" and is a natural characteristic of pure beeswax. It occurs when natural oils rise to the surface over time. It is not a defect — in fact, it is a sign of quality and purity. You can gently wipe it off with a soft cloth if you prefer, or leave it for a rustic look.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–14 business days (£4.95, or free over £75). Express delivery takes 2–5 business days (£9.95). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Each candle is individually wrapped and packed upright with protective padding to prevent damage during transit. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging to protect the beeswax from softening.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. You can return any unused, unburnt candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The candle must be in its original packaging with the wick untrimmed. Email support@thesnugspot.com with your order number to start a return. We provide free prepaid return labels.
If your candle arrives cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged, please contact us at support@thesnugspot.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
