How to return an item

Your statutory right to cancel

As an online shopper, UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you an automatic 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order — no reason needed. Simply email support@thesnugspot.com within that window. We'll refund the full purchase price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.

On top of that, our own 30-day policy gives you even more time.

What can be returned?

We accept returns on candles within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and unburnt, with the wick untrimmed
• In their original packaging
• Not personalised or custom-made items

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

• 5–7 business days for us to process your return once received
• An additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
