Email us at support@thesnugspot.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
As an online shopper, UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you an automatic 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order — no reason needed. Simply email support@thesnugspot.com within that window. We'll refund the full purchase price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.
