How it works

Every candle order from The Snug Spot is carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner. Our beeswax candles are packed securely to protect them during transit. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Day 1
Order confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your order enters our processing queue.
Days 1–4
Processing & packing
We take 3–4 business days to process, quality-check, and carefully pack your candles. Each candle is wrapped securely and kept upright to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
Days 4–14
Out for delivery
Delivery typically takes 4–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You can track your parcel at any time using the link in your shipping email.
Arrival
Your order arrives
Enjoy your beeswax candles from The Snug Spot. If anything isn't right, our 30-day return policy has you covered.

Shipping options

Standard Delivery

£4.95 — or free on orders over £75. Delivered in 4–14 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery

£9.95. Priority processing and faster courier routing. Estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over £75.
Candle shipping note: Beeswax candles are fragile and temperature-sensitive. All orders are packed securely, kept upright, and shipped with protective padding. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging to prevent softening in transit. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us for a free replacement.

International orders

We currently ship to the UK and select EU countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times for international orders may vary. We'll always provide a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
